Dear Clients,

Last week, an important step was taken in the case regarding documents previously under court protection. Defendant Jobadiah Weeks submitted a new request to unseal certain documents (Dkts. 477, 484, and 489), including the attached exhibits, after the Government failed to respond to his earlier attempts to reach an agreement on the status of these materials.

The prosecution did not provide any response to the defendant’s submissions, which means that the Court now has before it a request to decide which documents can be unsealed, either partially or in full. This decision will determine which materials will become part of the official record and how they will be available in the further course of the proceedings.

Our team is closely monitoring all filings and responses and will promptly inform you of the Court’s decision or any other relevant developments in the case.
