Dear Clients,
Further Development of Events:
On October 30th, 2022, Max Tan, a promoter for the company, announced to the victims that the company wallet of Lyra had allegedly been hacked.
On November 5th, 2022, Max Tan announced that the hacking was the work of an internal collaborator. Subsequently, the Korean manager of the company Lyra informed the victims that Max Tan had disappeared around November 13th, 2022. His disappearance was reported to the police in Singapore.
If there are several accused individuals originating from various countries and the victims also residents of a different country, the situation would qualify as an international legal matter. Consequently, the filing of a lawsuit should fall under the jurisdiction of international law.
We have annexed this lawsuit to the existing Jubilee Group case in progress. Further analysis will allow us to explore the possibility of initiating proceedings in other countries. We have assessed that this could expedite the legal process, and therefore, we will take the necessary measures accordingly.
