As of February 12, 2023, there have been 363 claimants who have registered their claims on our DefendMe Platform in relation to the 3Kay Lyra case. The reported damages amount to a total of USD 28,656,755.97.
In the past week, up until March 17th, 2023, we have received an additional 29 individual claims. We have taken prompt action to update the received materials accordingly.
In the coming days, our IT team will be systematizing the received data. We have also received new information regarding the operations of the Lyra project.
The conditions have now been met for us to complete the legal analysis and begin the operational work on the resolution of this case.
