Grand Pacific Trade Call Center Scam Newsletter No. 83

Dear Clients,

During our work on online investment fraud cases, we often encounter situations where different victims describe what appear to be completely different experiences, even though they relate to the same platform or the same fraudulent scheme.

Some victims report that all communication took place by telephone, while others were contacted primarily through email, messaging applications, or social media platforms. Likewise, different names are often used by individuals claiming to be account managers, investment advisors, financial experts, or withdrawal specialists.

At first glance, these accounts may appear unrelated. However, in practice, it is often only after comparing a larger number of statements that common patterns begin to emerge, including similar communication methods, identical requests for additional payments, or other recurring elements.

For this reason, details that may seem insignificant when viewed individually can sometimes become important when considered alongside information provided by other victims. A piece of information that appears minor in one case may help establish connections with facts identified in another.

In cases involving a large number of victims from different countries, it is not unusual for individual experiences to differ, even when the underlying scheme and method of operation are essentially the same.

We therefore encourage victims to preserve as much information as possible regarding their communications, the individuals who contacted them, and the circumstances surrounding deposits, investments, or attempted withdrawals.

You will be timely informed of any further developments and updates regarding the proceedings.

Kind regards,

Attorney Zoran Miljaković
