Bitclub Newsletter No. 194

Dear Clients,

We understand that many clients closely follow the progress of the BitClub Network criminal proceedings and naturally expect that each new court filing will result in a significant development. However, in complex federal criminal cases, even procedural filings that may appear routine can play an important role in the overall progression of the case.

Court filings such as motions, scheduling requests, status conferences, and procedural orders often determine how the proceedings will move forward, establish future deadlines, and resolve legal issues that must be addressed before trial or sentencing can continue.

For this reason, our office carefully reviews each new filing that appears on the Court’s docket, regardless of whether it immediately changes the status of the case. Even procedural developments may provide insight into the parties’ positions, the issues currently before the Court, and the anticipated timeline of the proceedings.

Monitoring these filings also allows us to identify developments that may become relevant at a later stage of the case, even if their significance is not immediately apparent when they are first submitted.

While there have been no substantive rulings since our previous update, we continue to monitor all activity before the Court and review each filing as it becomes available.

Should any development occur that may be of significance to our clients, we will promptly provide an update explaining its relevance and potential impact.

Thank you for your continued trust.

Kind regards,

Attorney Zoran Miljaković
