We would like to provide you with an update regarding the legal actions being taken in connection with Jubilee.

Our legal team is currently in the final stage of preparing a criminal complaint to be submitted to the competent authorities in Sweden.

The complaint is being prepared on the basis of the information and documentation collected in relation to Jubilee and the individuals and entities connected with its activities. The purpose of this step is to present the relevant facts and available evidence to the Swedish authorities and request that they examine the circumstances falling within their jurisdiction.

This represents another step in the legal actions being pursued in different jurisdictions in connection with the losses suffered by Jubilee investors.

Given the international nature of the case, proceedings and actions taken in different countries may develop independently and at different stages. Any subsequent action in Sweden will depend on the assessment and decisions of the competent Swedish authorities following the submission of the complaint.

At this stage, no additional action is required from our clients. Should we require any further documentation or information from individual investors in connection with the Swedish proceedings, we will contact them directly.

We will inform you once the criminal complaint has been formally submitted and will continue to keep you updated on any significant developments.
