ProCap Newsletter No. 74

 Dear Clients,

In our previous update, we explained why bank records, transfer confirmations and cryptocurrency transaction data may be particularly important when establishing an investor’s actual financial loss.

This week, we would like to address a related question:

If the balance displayed on the platform does not necessarily represent real funds, are screenshots of the account still important?

Yes – but for a different reason.

A screenshot showing an account balance does not, by itself, establish that the displayed amount actually existed or was available for withdrawal. The balance may include purported trading profits, bonuses, interest or other figures generated within the platform.

However, screenshots can still provide useful evidence of what the investor was shown and how the investment was represented at a particular time.

They may document the displayed balance, alleged trading activity, withdrawal requests, messages concerning additional payments, or changes made to the investor’s account.

When considered together with independent evidence- such as bank transfers, payment records, emails or cryptocurrency transactions – this information may help reconstruct the sequence of events and the representations made to the investor.

What does this mean for ProCap clients?

At present, we have no new verified procedural information concerning the ProCap matter that requires action from our clients.

There is no need to resend documentation already provided. However, if you still have screenshots or account records that have not previously been submitted, they should be preserved together with the original files where possible.

We will continue to monitor information relevant to the ProCap matter and will inform you of any verified development.

Thank you for your continued trust.

Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
