Dear Clients,

Following the submission of our criminal complaint concerning Jubilee Group to the Swedish Police, together with supporting documentation and evidence, an important question arises: What happens after a criminal complaint is submitted, and when can we expect a response?

What happens after a criminal complaint is filed?

Upon receiving a criminal complaint, the competent authorities review the information provided and assess whether further action is warranted.

Depending on the circumstances, they may request additional documentation, verify certain allegations, or decide whether to initiate an investigation.

It is important to understand that submitting a criminal complaint does not automatically mean that an investigation has been opened. This decision rests with the competent authorities, based on the available evidence and applicable law.

What is the current status of the Jubilee Group case?

Our criminal complaint, together with the supporting documentation, was submitted to the Swedish Police on October 12, 2026.

At present, we have no new verified information regarding any further procedural developments.

However, this does not necessarily mean that the complaint is not being reviewed. It simply means that we have not yet received information that we can reliably communicate to our clients.

We will continue monitoring the actions of the competent authorities and keep you informed of any significant developments.

Our priority remains protecting the rights of affected investors and exploring all available legal avenues for recovering their lost funds.

Thank you for your patience and continued trust.

Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
