As is already known to most investors who joined ProCap, the platform initially appeared to be a promising investment opportunity. With high promised returns and a professionally designed marketing campaign, many believed it was a legitimate investment. However, behind the attractive facade, it turned out to be a sophisticated scam.

Although it was initially possible to withdraw funds, problems soon began to arise, and the platform implemented changes that prevented users from withdrawing their money. It gradually became clear that ProCap operated as a pyramid scheme, where the funds of new investors were used to pay older members, and the promises of “guaranteed profits” were merely bait for new victims.

The situation became even more critical when the company introduced mandatory “KYC” (Know Your Customer) verifications, which further complicated the withdrawal process. Investors were redirected to a new platform, Luminex, an attempt to prolong the scam. Ultimately, ProCap disappeared, leaving investors with significant losses.

At this point, it is crucial that you continue to closely monitor the situation’s development. If possible, we recommend gathering all relevant information and documentation related to your interaction with the ProCap platform. Any new information could contribute to the progress of the case, and this is key in the effort to seize assets and possibly recover some of the investments.

Given the complexity of the case and its international aspects, we are working to keep you informed about all possible legal options.
