ProCap Newsletter No. 18
Dear Clients,
After it became clear that the ProCap platform was part of an organized scam scheme, many of you have taken the crucial first step — contacting legal support and reporting your losses. However, we want to warn you about a fact many overlook:
👉 the scam doesn’t end when the platform disappears – that’s often when it continues.
A new wave of manipulation: fake offers of help and “fund recovery”
After victims realize they have been scammed, they often become targets of new fraudsters. In previous cases similar to ProCap, victims received:
– emails with fake offers promising to recover their money,
– calls from “experts” demanding additional payments for assistance,
– messages offering “priority payouts” only if extra fees are paid.
These are all new attempts to scam victims again, designed to exploit those who are already vulnerable.
Why is legal support crucial now?
Only by engaging a professional legal team can you:
• protect yourself from further scam attempts,
• formally document your loss and establish your status as a victim,
• follow all potential legal proceedings that may be initiated,
• prepare documentation for compensation claims when the time comes.
Be part of the solution — not a victim of a new scam
If you lost money through the ProCap platform, it’s vital to formally report it, because without formal registration, you have no claim to compensation.
Only registered victims can participate in any future recovery procedures.
🛑 Important notice
Do not respond to unverified messages, emails, or calls promising “instant refunds” — these are usually continuations of the scam, not solutions.
Our team is here to support you with all information and assistance. You have already suffered a loss — don’t let it happen again.
Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
