ProCap Newsletter No. 20
Dear Clients,
In the case of the ProCap platform, the arrest of its founder and other responsible individuals, including James Te, marks an important step toward establishing accountability and combatting organized fraud. However, it is important to understand that the arrest does not automatically mean that victims will get their money back.
Where Do We Stand Now?
Investigations are ongoing in several countries, and criminal proceedings are currently in the preparatory phase. At this point, victims cannot expect automatic compensation — active participation and registration as an injured party are essential.
How Can Victims Participate?
If you invested in ProCap but have not yet taken legal action, now is the right time. Only those who have officially registered as victims and submitted supporting evidence can hope to be included in future proceedings.
The Role of Victims in the Process:
- Submitting complete documentation (payment proofs, messages, account records)
- Signing a power of attorney for legal representation
- Maintaining communication with the legal team to monitor the case
Conclusion:
The arrest is an encouraging development, but actual compensation depends on your active involvement. We urge all those who have not yet come forward to do so without delay — and protect their rights in time.
