Kako se odvija krivični postupak i šta možete očekivati kao oštećeni?

Krivični postupak ima više faza, a svaka od njih nosi određene mogućnosti za vas kao oštećene.

Faza istrage
Nadležno tužilaštvo prikuplja dokaze i ispituje svedoke. U ovoj fazi, oštećeni mogu biti pozvani da daju izjavu, ali i da dostave dokumentaciju koja potkrepljuje navode iz prijave.

Podizanje optužnice

Glavni pretres (suđenje)

Presuda i naknada štete
U slučaju osuđujuće presude, sud može odlučiti i o naknadi štete. Ukoliko ne, otvara se mogućnost dalje parnice, ali sa znatno jačom osnovom.

What to Expect in Criminal Proceedings as a Victim

After obtaining the status of an injured party in the case against Compire Group, it’s natural to ask – what happens next?
Criminal proceedings consist of several phases, and each of them brings certain possibilities for victims.

Investigation Phase
The prosecutor’s office gathers evidence and interviews witnesses. During this phase, victims may be invited to give a statement or submit documents supporting their claims.

Indictment
If the prosecutor determines there is enough evidence, an indictment is filed. As a victim, you will be officially notified and given the opportunity to join the prosecution and request compensation.

Main Trial
This is the central phase of the case where evidence is presented in court. Your lawyer will follow the proceedings on your behalf and take necessary legal steps to prove the extent of the damage you suffered.

Verdict and Compensation
In case of a conviction, the court may also order restitution. If not, you may pursue damages through a separate civil lawsuit, now with stronger legal standing.
