Although there have been no official procedural developments this week in the ProCap platform case, we would like to address a common question — how can you recognize whether you may be a potential victim and whether you have grounds to participate in future proceedings?

If you recognize yourself in the following situations:

• you invested money through the ProCap platform,
• you no longer have access to your funds,
• you communicated with representatives of the platform or received promises of a refund,
  there is a strong likelihood that you may have a valid claim and the right to seek protection through legal channels.
