There are no new procedural developments this week regarding the BitClub case. The case is currently in a phase where the court is reviewing previously submitted motions, including the request for the partial return of digital assets.

Such proceedings take time due to the volume of documentation, digital records, and international cooperation involved. Therefore, a period without new updates is expected and does not indicate inactivity in the case.

Our team continues to closely monitor every step and will inform you as soon as a decision is made or any new procedural development occurs.
