Dear Clients,

The Jubilee Group scam remains one of the most significant international financial alleged frauds in recent years. Victims were lured by fake investment platforms and promises of quick and secure profits, often through supposed cryptocurrency, gold, or stock trading programs. In reality, it was a sophisticated scheme designed to extract substantial funds from participants before they realized they had been defrauded.

Although investigations are ongoing in multiple countries, the process is slow and complex due to the large number of victims and the international nature of the case. These types of scams often involve professionally designed websites, fake licenses and documents, as well as active persuasion to encourage victims to invest more and more funds.

For those who were previously involved or suspect they may have been affected, we recommend:

  • Keeping all documents, emails, and transaction confirmations.
  • Being cautious of new messages or calls promising a “funds recovery.”
  • Changing passwords on any platforms used, and enabling two-factor authentication where possible.

This scam serves as a strong reminder of the importance of staying informed and exercising caution with online investments. As soon as we receive official updates on further steps or investigations, we will inform you immediately.

Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
