Rad na krivičnoj prijavi u vezi sa platformom je u završnoj fazi, i želimo da vam približimo šta obično sledi kada prijava bude formalno podneta.

Kada tužilac primi i proceni prijavu, mogu se preduzimati sledeći koraci:

• provera i analiza prikupljenih dokaza i transakcija,
• identifikacija svih lica uključenih u sistem i njihovih uloga,
• međunarodna saradnja sa nadležnim institucijama radi razmene podataka i praćenja sredstava,
• priprema optužnice koja se potom podnosi sudu.

U ovoj fazi tužilac takođe može tražiti dodatne informacije od klijenata, svedoka ili drugih izvora, što pomaže u preciznom utvrđivanju odgovornosti i obima prekršaja. Važno je znati da ovi postupci zahtevaju vreme i temeljnu analizu kako bi kasniji koraci – uključujući eventualni povraćaj sredstava – bili održivi i pravični za sve oštećene.

Work on the criminal complaint related to the platform is in its final stages, and we would like to provide an overview of what generally follows once the complaint is formally submitted.

Once the prosecutor receives and reviews the complaint, the following steps may occur:

• reviewing and analyzing collected evidence and transactions,
• identifying all actors involved in the system and their roles,
• international cooperation with competent authorities for data exchange and asset tracking,
• preparation of the indictment to be submitted to the court.

At this stage, the prosecutor may also request additional information from clients, witnesses, or other sources, which helps to accurately determine responsibility and the extent of wrongdoing. It is important to understand that these procedures require time and thorough analysis to ensure that later steps—including potential restitution of funds—are fair and effective for all victims.
