Dear Clients,

This week, new court filings were recorded in the case submitted by Jobadiah Sinclair Weeks concerning the sealing and docketing of documents. The defendant filed motions for reconsideration of previous rulings and correction of the record (ECF 500, 510). In addition, a letter was received from the United States regarding the status of certain documents and the sealing of materials (ECF 508).

All of these filings relate to missing transcripts and prior rulings that the defendant seeks to challenge, as well as claims that some of his requests were declared “moot.” It is important to emphasize that these filings are part of the defense strategy and do not diminish the strength of the evidence or the seriousness of the charges. The Court will decide which documents may be made public, in whole or in part, and how they will be used in the further course of the proceedings.

Our team continues to closely monitor all court filings and notifications and will promptly inform you of any relevant decisions and developments in the case.

Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
