Dear Clients,

This week, new court filings were recorded in the BitClub case by Jobadiah Sinclair Weeks. His team submitted additional supplements and proposals to amend the record and pretrial release conditions, including an independent toxicology analysis that challenges the Government’s previous claim that the defendant tested positive for cocaine (Dkt. 517).

The court has acknowledged that the Government’s prior claim lacks evidentiary basis and has ordered that the results of the independent analysis be included in the official record. Accordingly, the proposed modifications involve removing movement restrictions based on the unsubstantiated claim and allowing movement within the verified residence, while continuing standard monthly drug testing.

The Government is also ordered to provide, within seven days, all laboratory records, chain-of-custody documentation, and all relevant correspondence regarding the test conducted on May 23, 2025. These corrections and supplemental evidence are now part of the official record and will be relevant for any future reviews and potential modifications of release conditions.

It is important to emphasize that these filings are part of the defense of one of the defendants and do not diminish the severity of the charges or the seriousness of the case. Our team continues to closely monitor all court decisions and filings in this matter and will keep you promptly informed of any relevant changes and official rulings.

Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
