Grand Pacific Trade Call Center Scam Newsletter No. 61

Dear Clients,

Although we currently do not have new official updates regarding the Grand Pacific Trade case, experience from similar international financial frauds shows that victims are often targeted by attempts of manipulation from third parties.

The most common forms include:

  • Offers for a “quick recovery” of funds from individuals claiming to be representatives of the platform.
  • Requests for additional payments or disclosure of personal and financial information.
  • Pressure to “act urgently” due to alleged delays in the investigation.

It is important to emphasize that there is no legal way for third parties to accelerate the recovery of funds. Any such offer is, in reality, a potential scam.

We recommend:

  • Do not respond to unverified offers and do not send additional money or personal information.
  • Preserve all communications – emails, messages, and call recordings.
  • Share any information you receive exclusively with your attorney, who can assess its legitimacy and safety.

Caution and careful management of information are your best protection while the investigation continues. Patience and fact-checking reduce the risk of further losses or misuse.

Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
