ProCap Newsletter No. 45
Dear Clients,
Although there are currently no new official developments in the ProCap case, we consider it important to highlight the importance of preserving evidence and proper conduct by victims during ongoing proceedings.
In practice, it is common for data that may later be crucial to the case to be lost or deleted – including emails, payment confirmations, screenshots of accounts, and records of communication with the platform or third parties. Even seemingly minor messages or emails can be important in proving how the fraud was carried out.
We particularly emphasize that:
- old emails, messages, or accounts should not be deleted, even if they seem insignificant,
- any contact from unknown parties should be preserved in its original form,
- sharing documents with third parties independently may lead to misuse of data or compromise of evidence.
We strongly advise all clients to handle all documentation and communications exclusively through their legal representative, to ensure proper protection of personal data and legal interests.
Our team continues to monitor all relevant activities related to the ProCap case, and you will be promptly informed of any new information that can be shared.
Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
