The platform BG Wealth Sharing, also operating under the name DSJ Exchange (DSJEX), has recently received securities fraud warnings from regulatory authorities in multiple countries, including the UK, Australia, Canada (Alberta), and Tonga.
Warnings by Country:
- UK – Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
BG Wealth Sharing may be providing or promoting financial services without FCA authorization. The platform is not licensed and may target individuals in the United Kingdom. The FCA advises not to engage with this firm and to remain alert to potential scams. - Australia – ASIC
BG Wealth Sharing was added to the Investor Alert List on November 28, 2025. The platform does not hold an Australian financial services license, and its domain com has been disabled. - Canada (Alberta) – Alberta Securities Commission (ASC)
BG Wealth Sharing is not registered to trade in or advise on securities in Alberta and was added to the Investment Caution List on January 15, 2026. The ASC advises investors not to deal with unregistered firms, as there is no investor protection. - Tonga – National Reserve Bank of Tonga (NRBT)
The platform has been promoted primarily via Facebook and targets local citizens and the Tongan diaspora. NRBT issued a warning regarding a fake trading platform designed to deceive investors.
