In the BitClub Network case, a new procedural development has occurred in relation to one of the defendants, concerning the adjournment of the hearing for the pronouncement of judgment.

According to the available information, the defendant submitted a request to postpone the pronouncement of judgment, which the Court granted, resulting in the hearing being rescheduled for a later date.

From the perspective of criminal proceedings, such situations are not uncommon. The adjournment of the pronouncement of judgment may result from various circumstances, including the need for additional preparation by the defense, further consideration of relevant facts by the Court, or other procedural reasons affecting the timing of the final decision.

It is important to emphasize that such a decision does not represent any change regarding the established responsibility, but relates solely to the timeframe within which the Court will render its decision.
