- postojanje lažnog interfejsa i simulacije profita.
- podacima o domenima, serverima i aplikacijama,
U takvom kontekstu, screenshot postaje deo šire dokazne slike.

Dear Clients,
In conversations with victims of financial fraud, one question arises again and again:
“I only have screenshots — do they have any real value?”
The short answer is: yes, they do.
Although a screenshot on its own is rarely decisive evidence, in practice it plays an important supporting role in reconstructing events and connecting other pieces of evidence.
What does a screenshot actually prove?
A screenshot does not prove that the funds truly existed on the platform. However, it can demonstrate:
- how the platform appeared at a specific moment in time,
- what amounts were displayed to the user,
- how victims were misled,
- the existence of a false interface and simulated profits.
In other words, a screenshot is evidence of the method of deception, not of a real account balance.
How do screenshots gain legal weight?
Their evidentiary value increases significantly when they are combined with:
- bank or crypto payment records,
- communication with the platform (emails, messages, calls),
- data related to domains, servers, and applications,
- statements from other victims who were shown identical displays.
Within this broader context, screenshots become part of a coherent evidentiary framework.
Why should screenshots not be dismissed?
Because they often:
- link multiple cases together,
- reveal identical fraud patterns,
- demonstrate that the matter is not an individual mistake, but a systematic scheme.
In international investigations, such visual evidence frequently serves as a starting point for further technical and financial analysis.
What should victims do?
If you have screenshots:
- keep them in their original form,
- do not edit or alter them,
- if possible, preserve the device on which they were created.
Even when they seem like “all you have,” screenshots may carry far more value than they appear to at first glance.
