We would like to inform you about the latest developments regarding the court proceedings against key individuals involved in the BitClub Network fraud. The trials were scheduled for March 2025; however, there are currently no confirmed updates on whether they took place as planned or were postponed. Additionally, the trial of Silviu Balaci is scheduled for August 2025.

Given the previous delays in this case, further changes to the trial schedule cannot be ruled out.

Joby Weeks’ Counterclaim. One of the defendants, Joby Weeks, has filed a counterclaim against the federal government, alleging violations of his constitutional rights and seeking multimillion-dollar compensation. However, legal experts remain skeptical about the success of this claim, especially since Weeks has already pleaded guilty in this case.

Next Steps. At this time, there are no new publicly available updates regarding the progress of this case. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you informed of any relevant developments.
