Bitclub Newsletter No. 140

Dear Clients,

The trials in the BitClub Network case were scheduled for March 2025; however, there are no new confirmed updates regarding their status at this time. Given the previous delays in this case, further changes to the trial schedule cannot be ruled out.

Our team continues to monitor the situation, and you will be promptly informed as soon as new official information becomes available.

While the BitClub Network case remains in focus, recent developments reveal that Christopher James Scanlon, who was linked to several fraudulent schemes, including BitClub Network, has been charged with operating an “unlicensed money transmitting business.” Scanlon was arrested in 2023, and his case is connected to companies that provided financial services to BitClub Network, GSPartners, and PLC Ultima, all of which later collapsed.

Recent information suggests that after failed plea negotiations, Scanlon was indicted and arrested again in October 2024. Meanwhile, his attorneys have sought to delay the proceedings, while the authorities have pushed for complex procedures due to the nature of the case.

We will continue to follow the developments and keep you updated on any relevant information.

Kind regards,

Attorney Zoran Miljaković
