Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you about the latest developments in the case related to the activities of BitClub Network, specifically regarding the defendant Jobadiah Sinclair Weeks.

As previously informed, Weeks has decided to withdraw the previously accepted plea agreement, which related to tax fraud committed between 2015 and 2018. This decision could significantly impact the course of the proceedings, as the case will now continue under the original indictment, meaning the trial will proceed with greater challenges for the defense.

In recent months, Weeks has filed several motions, including those related to the submission of evidence, modification of release conditions, and a motion to withdraw his guilty plea. There have also been changes in his defense team, as some attorneys have withdrawn their representation, and the court has appointed a new standby counsel.

Important Notice:
The hearing scheduled for May 8, 2025 has been postponed. By a new court order, the hearing will now take place on May 20, 2025. All pending motions will be considered at this hearing.

These changes may have a significant impact on the course of the trial, not only for Weeks but also for the other defendants in the case. We will continue to monitor all developments and will keep you informed of any significant updates.
