We wish to inform you of recent developments in the BitClub Network case. Shortly after the last court hearing, the prosecution filed a motion to revoke the defendant’s bail due to a positive cocaine test and multiple violations of home confinement conditions.

This motion highlights the importance of complying with court orders and supervision measures, as well as the potential consequences for the defendant if further violations are confirmed.

In addition, we report that the sentencing for Silviu Balaci, a participant in the BitClub Network fraud, has been scheduled for November 18th, 2025, after being previously postponed. No reason for this rescheduling has been publicly provided.
