Joby Weeks has been actively filing numerous motions and letters in the BitClub Network case, consistently adding to the court docket on a weekly basis. His persistent submissions demonstrate ongoing activity in the case, as Weeks continues to challenge various aspects of his situation.
A common theme in Weeks’ filings has been his repeated attempts to secure a relaxation of his release conditions. In response to these ongoing requests, the Department of Justice filed an opposition response on August 12th, citing numerous alleged violations of Week’s release conditions.
