The next virtual hearing regarding the Motion for Bail Modification is scheduled for November 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

For clients who may not be familiar with this procedure, it is important to understand:
• A Motion for Bail Modification is a request by the defendant asking the court to consider changing the conditions of pretrial release.
• When deciding, the court considers various factors, including safety, flight risk, and compliance with current release conditions.
• A virtual hearing allows the parties and attorneys to present their positions without physically appearing in the courtroom.

Although no formal changes have occurred, our team continues to monitor the case closely, and you will be promptly informed of any further steps or decisions.
