Dear Clients,

In the BitClub Network case, there are still no new official rulings or decisions that can be publicly shared, which is entirely expected at this stage of the proceedings. This does not mean, however, that the case is inactive. On the contrary, recent procedural activity illustrates how large and complex cases progress in practice.

Over the past period, various filings have been submitted in the case, including requests related to bail conditions as well as additional submissions that do not seek new rulings on guilt, sentencing, or asset disposition. Each filing is reviewed by the Court in accordance with applicable rules and deadlines, with particular attention paid to maintaining a complete and orderly record.

Within this context, a recent submission has drawn attention to the fact that certain procedural and administrative matters remain unresolved. These issues relate to the clarity and completeness of the court record, as well as the accuracy and organization of documentation concerning seized assets, particularly digital assets. Importantly, this submission does not request any substantive relief or the return of assets. Its sole purpose is to ensure that the record is clearly defined and verifiable, so that the proceedings may continue in an orderly manner.

At this stage, there is no dispute between the parties regarding these matters. Further progress in the case depends primarily on court-directed clarification of these technical issues, which is a common and necessary step in proceedings involving extensive documentation and digital-asset evidence.

This procedural posture highlights several key points: a high volume of filings is typical in complex international cases; each submission must be carefully reviewed; and repeated or overlapping filings do not accelerate outcomes until all formal requirements are satisfied. Although the process may appear slow or “quiet” from the outside, every procedural step serves a legal purpose and contributes to the groundwork for final decisions, including those affecting victims’ claims.

Our team continues to closely monitor all developments related to the BitClub Network case, and you will be promptly informed of any information that can be appropriately shared.

Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
