There are currently no new official developments in the BitClub Network case, which is entirely expected at this stage of the proceedings. The Court previously granted a continuance through January 31, 2026, to allow for detailed preparation for trial, given the large volume of evidence and complexity of the case.

Such delays are not a sign of stagnation or problems in the proceedings. On the contrary, they allow the Court and the parties to carefully review all documentation, prepare arguments, and ensure that the process is conducted legally and efficiently.
