Dear Clients,

In the BitClub Network case, there are currently no new official updates that we can share. The proceedings involve large volumes of documentation and digital assets, which is why most activities take place “behind the scenes.”

Although there are no public updates, it is important to highlight the current status:

• The Court previously requested supplements and clarifications regarding the records and the custody of assets;
• The Defendant and the prosecution have submitted documentation in accordance with the Court’s orders;
• Technical and administrative procedures are currently ongoing to ensure a complete and orderly court record.

This means that, although the process may appear stagnant from the outside, every procedural step contributes to legal certainty and the protection of victims’ rights, as well as ensuring that future decisions are based on complete and reliable information.

Our team continues to closely monitor all relevant developments, and clients will be promptly informed of any information that can be publicly shared.
