In the BitClub Network case, a hearing was scheduled for February 24, 2026, before the competent court in connection with a motion to modify the conditions of release of the defendant Jobadiah Sinclair Weeks. The scheduled hearing concerned procedural matters of that nature only and did not relate to the merits of the case.

At this time, there is no publicly available information confirming whether the hearing took place or regarding its outcome. The proceedings continue, and it is not unusual for official records or orders following such hearings to become available with a certain delay.

It is important to note that procedural steps of this kind are a regular part of the proceedings and do not indicate either an acceleration or a delay in the resolution of the substantive issues of the case. The activities currently taking place are aimed at ensuring procedural order and legal certainty for the further conduct of the proceedings.
