The criminal proceedings against individuals connected to the Grand Pacific Trade platform and related websites such as InfinityCapitalG, CCG.Global, TopMarketCap, StockCM, Coinwealthinv, Victoria-Coins, Coinwealthinc, AshfordCapitallnv, Royaloakinvestment, Aurora-Coins, FinancialCentre, RichmondSuper, Investmensglobal, and Gatebits are still ongoing. The confirmation of the indictment is currently pending, which marks the next important step toward trial and establishing criminal responsibility.

With the support of Europol and Australian authorities, a police operation under the code name “Infinity” led to the arrest of over 50 individuals in Belgrade, where the operational centers of these scams were located. A significant portion of the fraudulently obtained assets—money, real estate, and equipment—has already been seized. This seizure represents the first concrete step toward the potential recovery of funds for victims.

What does “asset freezing” mean?

Asset freezing means that the seized property and funds cannot be used, transferred, or sold by the accused and may serve as a source of compensation for victims. However, this does not automatically guarantee reimbursement. In order to claim damages, victims must officially register in the proceedings and file a compensation claim.

Why is it important to register now?

As you are already aware, the legal process is underway, but without the active involvement of victims, there can be no foundation for compensation. The law provides victims with the right to participate in the proceedings, propose evidence, receive updates on the case, and seek a refund.
