Dear Clients,

As we have previously informed you, we are in the final stage of preparing a criminal complaint to be submitted to the competent authorities in Sweden on behalf of the victims from that country. At this time, we would like to further explain the importance of this cooperation and why we consider this step extremely significant.

International cooperation with the competent institutions in Sweden offers several key advantages:

  • First, activating investigative and prosecutorial bodies in multiple countries increases pressure on perpetrators and institutions involved in the case, thereby accelerating the investigation and proceedings.
  • Second, it allows for a broader, transnational framework that enables a more thorough examination of all aspects of the fraud, including the movement of financial flows and the involvement of various actors.
  • Third, it establishes a better foundation for effective prosecution of offenders and protection of the victims’ rights in multiple legal systems, which can lead to a fairer and more comprehensive resolution.

This step is not merely a formality but a strategic part of our joint fight for justice and compensation.

Although we currently have no new concrete information, preparations are proceeding diligently and continuously. Your engagement and timely submission of all relevant data and documents remain crucial for the success of the proceedings.

We continue to monitor all developments and will inform you immediately upon any significant updates.

Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
