Dear Clients,

As we previously informed you, we are in the final stages of preparing a criminal complaint to be submitted to the competent authorities in Sweden on behalf of the victims from that country. We would like to further remind you how significant this step is, especially in light of the successes that international cooperation has brought in similar cases.

Experience shows that joint efforts of judicial authorities from multiple countries often result in more efficient uncovering of complex frauds and faster prosecution of responsible parties. For example, in many cases involving cryptocurrency scams and financial pyramids, cooperation between institutions across borders has enabled:

  • successful tracking of financial flows across countries,
  • identification and arrest of key perpetrators,
  • effective exchange of evidence and information,
  • better protection of victims’ rights and increased chances of recovering seized assets.

Thanks to this cooperation, numerous cases have been concluded with indictments and convictions, bringing justice and hope for compensation to the victims.

We want you to keep this example in mind as we prepare for the next important step in your case — submitting the criminal complaint in Sweden. Your cooperation remains crucial for the overall success of the proceedings.

We continue to monitor all developments and will keep you promptly informed of any significant updates.

Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
