Dear Clients,

Although there are still no new official procedural developments in the Jubilee Group case that can be publicly shared, we consider it important to draw your attention to a matter that has proven to be particularly risky for victims in practice – unauthorized “fund recovery” offers made while the proceedings are ongoing.

In recent weeks, we have observed an increase in contacts from various “agencies,” “financial intermediaries,” and alleged “international teams” claiming that they can secure or accelerate the recovery of funds in exchange for advance fees. Such approaches are not connected to any official proceedings, nor to the work of competent authorities, and in many cases represent a continuation of fraud targeting individuals who have already been harmed.

We would like to emphasize that:

  • the recovery of funds cannot be guaranteed through private arrangements with third parties,
  • paying additional fees to unverified intermediaries may further jeopardize your legal position,
  • independent communication with such “recovery services” often leads to loss of evidence or compromises ongoing proceedings.

We strongly advise all clients to consult with the legal team handling the case before engaging in any further actions or communications with third parties.

Our team continues to closely monitor all aspects of the Jubilee Group case, including international cooperation between competent authorities and potential mechanisms for protecting the interests of the injured parties. You will be promptly informed of any relevant developments that can be shared.

Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
