It is common for victims to receive suspicious calls, emails, or messages from unknown individuals offering “fund recovery” or requesting additional documents.

Our advice is clear and consistent: do not respond to such messages and do not send documents to anyone except your attorney. Preserve all suspicious communications, as they may be crucial in any future legal proceedings.

Communication exclusively through your attorney provides the best protection for your personal data and interests. This helps prevent further financial losses and misuse of information already held by fraudsters.
