Dok je naša krivična prijava u vezi sa COTP platformom u završnoj pripremi, želimo da Vam približimo kako postupak izgleda nakon njenog podnošenja.

Važno je znati da sama krivična prijava nije kraj, već početak procesa. Nakon prijema prijave, tužilaštvo:

• odlučuje da li postoje osnovi da se pokrene istraga,
• može naložiti prikupljanje dodatnih obaveštenja,
• saslušava osumnjičene, oštećene i svedoke,
• pribavlja dokaze iz zemlje i inostranstva.

Drugim rečima, prijava je ulazna tačka – dokument kojim predmet ulazi u rad tužilaštva i otvara vrata za dalje postupanje. Zato je od presudnog značaja da prijava bude potpuna, jasna i potkrepljena dokazima, jer od toga zavisi dinamika i pravac budućeg postupka.

Naš tim upravo zbog toga posvećuje vreme temeljnoj pripremi. Na taj način obezbeđujemo da, kada prijava bude podneta, tužilaštvo odmah ima sve potrebne elemente za efikasno postupanje.

This is why it is crucial that the complaint is complete, clear, and supported by evidence, as this directly affects the pace and direction of the proceedings.
