Kada se predmet prati duže vreme, na internetu se povremeno mogu pojaviti nova pominjanja platforme ili osoba koje se sa njom povezuju. Međutim, nije svaka nova informacija ujedno i novi razvoj u predmetu Allied Capital Trade.

Zato želimo da objasnimo šta bi u ovom trenutku zaista predstavljalo značajnu promenu u predmetu.

Za položaj oštećenih posebno bi bile značajne informacije o novoj radnji policije, tužilaštva, suda ili drugog nadležnog organa, identifikaciji ili lociranju povezanih lica, pronalaženju imovine ili računa, novim podacima o toku novca, kao i eventualnom pokretanju novog postupka ili donošenju odluke u postojećem postupku.

Drugim rečima, za naše klijente nije najvažnije da li se naziv Allied Capital Trade ponovo negde pojavio, već da li nova informacija može konkretno da utiče na položaj oštećenih i mogućnost povraćaja sredstava.

Gde se predmet nalazi sada?

Tokom protekle nedelje ponovo smo proveravali javno dostupne informacije povezane sa Allied Capital Trade.

U ovom trenutku nismo identifikovali novu zvaničnu i proverenu informaciju koja bi promenila prethodno saopšteni status predmeta ili zahtevala dodatno postupanje naših klijenata.

When a matter has been followed for a long period of time, new references to the platform or individuals associated with it may occasionally appear online. However, not every new piece of information represents a new development in the Allied Capital Trade matter.

We therefore want to explain what would actually constitute a significant change in the matter at this stage.

At present, we have not identified any new official and verified information that would change the previously communicated status of the matter or require any additional action from our clients.
