Allied Capital Trade Newsletter No. 160
Ukoliko dođe do značajne promene, blagovremeno ćemo vas obavestiti o njenom značenju i eventualnim narednim koracima.
Hvala Vam na strpljenju i ukazanom poverenju.
S poštovanjem,

Dear Clients,
One of the questions that naturally arises when a matter such as Allied Capital Trade has been followed for a long time is why it can take so long to achieve a concrete result.
We understand that prolonged periods without new information can be particularly difficult for affected investors, especially when their lost funds and the possibility of recovery remain uncertain.
This week, we would therefore like to explain why proceedings involving investment platforms can take considerable time and what this means for affected investors.
Why can these matters take years?
Cases involving investors from different countries who invested funds through the same platform often involve multiple legal systems, different competent authorities, and complex issues of international cooperation.
Even where there are grounds for action by the relevant authorities, certain steps may require significant time, particularly when individuals, accounts, or assets connected to several countries are involved.
As a result, concrete developments in such matters may not occur at regular or short intervals.
Does the absence of new information mean that the matter is closed?
Not necessarily. It is important to distinguish between a situation where no new information is publicly available and one where a competent authority has issued an official decision bringing particular proceedings to an end.
The absence of new public announcements does not, in itself, allow us to draw reliable conclusions about whether any action is being taken by the relevant authorities.
At the same time, it would not be responsible to present the possibility of future action as confirmation that such action is actually taking place.
What does this mean for Allied Capital Trade investors?
At this stage, the most important thing is to maintain realistic expectations. Any future developments must be assessed on the basis of specific and verified information, rather than assumptions or unofficial announcements.
We will continue to monitor information that may be relevant to the position of affected investors and the possibility of recovering their funds.
Should any significant developments arise, we will inform you promptly, explain their implications, and outline any potential next steps.
Thank you for your patience and continued trust.
Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
