Web stranica Allied Capital Trade, koja se nalazi na adresi https://alliedcapitaltrade.com/index.php , prvobitno je bila uspostavljena kako bi privukla nove klijente. Nažalost, stranica više nije dostupna.

Nakon što pojedinci ulože svoja sredstva, mogu biti kontaktirani od strane brokera koji koristi lažni identitet. Ovaj broker može komunicirati putem lažnih profila na društvenim mrežama. U nekim slučajevima, nakon što broker povuče sva sredstva ili kada žrtva odluči da ne želi dalje ulagati, račun pojedinca može biti blokiran, što rezultira gubitkom celokupne investicije.

Mi aktivno radimo na ovom slučaju. Sakupili smo dokaze koji potvrđuju krivično delo prevare. Slučaj je prijavljen Hrvatskoj policiji, ali rezultati nisu bili zadovoljavajući. Razmatramo opciju internacionalizacije slučaja s obzirom na to da ima mnogo žrtava iz različitih zemalja. Očekujemo dobijanje punomoćja za zastupanje koje nam nedostaje kako bismo mogli sprovesti ovaj plan.

The website Allied Capital Trade, located at https://alliedcapitaltrade.com/index.php , was originally established to attract new clients. Unfortunately, the website is no longer available.

After individuals invest their funds, they may be contacted by a broker using a false identity. This broker may communicate through fake profiles on social media. In some cases, after the broker withdraws all funds or when the victim decides not to invest further, the individual’s account may be blocked, resulting in the loss of the entire investment.

We are actively working on this case. We have collected evidence confirming the criminal offense of fraud. The case has been reported to the Croatian police, but the results have not been satisfactory. We are considering the option of internationalizing the case since there are many victims from different countries. We expect to obtain the power of attorney we need to proceed with this plan.
