U ovom predemetu potpuno je jasno da su lažni brokeri platforme Allied Capital Trade počinili krivično delo prevare. U toku ove nedelje boravio sam u Zagrebu. Ovaj predmet sam prošao zajdeno sa kolegama advokatima sa kojima sarađujem. Cilj nam je bio da ustanovimo nadeležnost Okružnog javnog tužilaštva u Zagrebu jer smatramo da bi oni to najefikasnije rešili.
