Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you about the latest developments regarding the cases related to the Bitclub network. The sentencing dates for Joseph Abel, Silviu Balaci, and Joby Weeks have been postponed once again. Despite the delays, there is no uncertainty about the outcome of these proceedings, which will result in guilty verdicts.

Joseph Abel – Sentencing is now scheduled for March 12, 2025.
Silviu Balaci – Sentencing has been postponed to August 8, 2025.
Joby Weeks – Sentencing is also scheduled for March 12, 2025.

We are closely monitoring these proceedings and will share timely updates about any relevant changes. Thank you for your patience and trust as we work on this complex case.
