We would like to remind you of the previous updates regarding the BitClub Network case. As you have already been informed, the proceedings are ongoing, and some of the defendants are awaiting sentencing. Although the process is experiencing some delays, there is no doubt that we are approaching the conclusion of this complex process.

We remind you that the sentencing for Joseph Abel and Joby Weeks is scheduled for March 12, 2025, while Silviu Balaci’s sentencing has been postponed to August 8, 2025. While patience is still required, it is important to highlight that the process has entered its final phase.
