  • Joseph Abel – March 12, 2025.
  • Joby Weeks – March 12, 2025.
  • Silviu Balaci – August 8, 2025.

These sentences represent crucial points in the case, with the sentencing for Joby Weeks scheduled for March 12, 2025, being especially significant. Weeks has recently filed a counterclaim against the federal government, alleging violations of his constitutional rights. He is seeking multi-million-dollar compensation. While this bold and controversial lawsuit has garnered attention, legal experts remain skeptical about the success of his arguments, especially since Weeks has already pleaded guilty in the case.
