We remind you that the trials in the BitClub Network case are approaching their final stage, with sentencing for some defendants expected in March and August 2025. This process has been ongoing for years due to the complexity of the investigation and the international nature of the fraud, but it is now entering a crucial phase.

A particularly significant date is March 12, 2025, when Joby Weeks will be sentenced. Although he has already pleaded guilty, he has since filed a legal claim against the U.S. government. His demands have drawn public attention, but legal experts believe his chances of success are minimal.

For defrauded investors, staying informed about the legal proceedings is essential, as part of the seized assets will be allocated for potential compensation.
