Dear Clients,

The BitClub Network case is approaching key dates in the legal proceedings. The sentencing hearings for Joseph Abel and Joby Weeks are scheduled for March 12, 2025, while the sentencing of Silviu Balaci is set for August 8, 2025.

It is important to note that Joby Weeks has already pleaded guilty but subsequently filed a lawsuit against the US government, which attracted public attention. However, legal experts believe his chances of success are very low.
