We would like to remind you that court hearings in the BitClub Network case are scheduled for next week, concerning the sentencing of some of the key defendants in these proceedings.

According to the latest information, the hearings are scheduled as follows:

Jobadiah “Joby” Weeks – March 12, 2025

Joseph “Joe” Abel – March 12, 2025

We also remind you that the sentencing of Silviu Balaci is currently scheduled for August 8, 2025.

We understand that the issue of compensation for victims is of great importance to all those affected by this case. Based on the available information, the process of victim compensation will likely only be possible once all verdicts become final. This is a complex case involving extensive evidence, which requires thorough analysis, and the defendants’ legal teams are entitled to respond during the appeals process.

In the meantime, an important positive development in this case is the identification and freezing of assets linked to the defendants, which significantly increases the chances for victims to recover at least part of their losses once the proceedings are completed.

As always, our team will closely monitor all developments and promptly inform you of any relevant updates following the hearings. We will also continue to follow all further activities related to the remaining defendants in this case.
