The sentencing for Silviu Balaci has been again postponed for March 19th 2026. No official reason for the postponement has been provided.
Other than that there are no new official updates regarding the BitClub Network case. The matter is currently in a waiting period between filings and the court’s next decisions.
It is important to note that the absence of new information does not mean the process is inactive – the court and relevant authorities continue to work behind the scenes, preparing for the next procedural steps.
